Are you at the moment stuck in Canada? You said you were stuck somewhere.. but I assumed it was India because you don't want to live there? I'm really sorry for your whole situation..

Your husband is quite sleazy not to tell you he had cancelled the sponsorship. I am surprised though that the cancellation wasn't picked up before your landing. You could try and get a legal aid lawyer but not sure if you would qualify for that given you really have no status in Canada but that's an option you could check out. You are also entitled to a free 30-minute consultation with a lawyer who will decide whether he/she sees you face to face or speak with you on the telephone. You can call 211 and explain your situation and they will direct you to a lawyer accordingly depending on where you're located and/or to the most relevant agency that could give you further advice. Good luck

Hello,

I'm sorry to hear about your story, hope for you that you find a better person to start a life with.
However, if your husband cancelled the sponsorship before the visa was issued and the PR papers were taken away from you, I don't think there is much else to do. The reason why you were getting a PR is because you were married to your husband who agreed to sponsor you. If he withdrew the sponsorship, then you can not get a PR.
You could look at the possibility for immigrating to Canada through one of the provincial programs if you want to start a life in Canada.

I am not sure what else you can do to get help, maybe somebody with more experience will guide you.
best wishes,
Sweden
