Can I fly home after 3 day GAA hotel stay

I live in GTA and have a vacant basement with washroom for my quarantine. But I couldn't find a cheap flight from my home country to Toronto. On the other hand flights to Vancouver are much more affordable so I intend to book a flight to YVR. I understand that I need to stay in a GAA hotel in Vancouver. just would like to confirm if I can take a domestic flight after the 3 day stay. I bet so, as people living in cities other than YVR YYZ YYC YUL should have the same situation, but haven't find a firm answer. Thanks.
