Hey friends, can I file for visa without GIC? I want my visa application to be rejected because I need refund of 7500$ advance semester fee and apply somewhere else. If I ask for refund now, they will deduct 2600$ from my account. Whereas in case of a visa denial, 200$ will be deducted.

If your visa got rejected, good luuck having it in second attempt. I am not saying that u will not get it in 2nd try but probability will definitely decrease.

I know, I got f**ked by bad advice from consultants and opted for sh*t* college diploma. Also luckily in the meantime I got a good job in Gurgaon and I might work for 18 months more and apply for direct PR. My only concern right now is to get back my 7500$. I don't have 10000$ for GIC, should I go ahead and apply for visa without GIC?
Your application is going to be rejected without GIC. I'll never advice applying without GIC. Its better not to apply to u don't want to go right now. If you are financial good, take the loss of 2600.
i will suggest you to go for your visa process and apply for study permit along GIC.
dont take any chance like visa officer will have every record of your movements, later then if you will apply for PR, so ur previous record can create issue regarding approval.

What if this wasn't the case? Why did you apply for the visa at the first place, if you didn't have that $10,000 money ?
