Can I evaluate my in progress post graduation study under Express Entry Canada ?

I want to evaluate my in progress Post Graduation study along with my completed bachelor's degree from WES Canada and so further wants to apply for Federal Skilled Worker Program. Does FSWP allowed me to that ? Because I don't want to wait till my study is over. If yes, What are the pros and cons of it ? Any help by someone would be really appreciated, as I got stuck in it from last few weeks or so.

In progress education can not be evaluated.

Then why WES is giving me the option of evaluation for study in progress or incomplete by using academic transcript. I also saw in Quora as well that people evaluate there in progress study for the preparation of further studies in Canada.
