Hello all, I was arrested in the USA for charged petty theft Shoplifting for the item of 35$, While i was on student status (F1). The case was dismissed and there is no conviction in the court .Right now i am in the Home country i am looking to apply Canada PR under Express Entry please can any one tell me am i able to get the PR .
