Can I enter canada without having job offer letter? I have workpermit and temporary visa

I have recently come back to India and got my visa stamped from here, which I had applied in Canada. Now I do have my work permit and my visa stamped but what kind of offer letter do I need to get back to Canada. ? Can I enter canada without job offer letter as I have open work permit?

According to cic you need an offer letter or you should wait until the 7th of September, i'm not sure

You need a job offer or prove you normally live in Canada (show you have been paying rent, utlities, loans etc.).

Yes, You have valid permit and valid document, It shouldn't be a problem. Just make sure you only answer the questions they ask. You can tell them genuinely that you will look for a work. I mean very few people get the job being outside of Canada. I don't think it's a problem for you but I would recommend you to travel only when ban is lifted as you don't have job offer. For the proof of funds, You will need some amount in bank account or cash or whatever. As long as you prove that you can survive a year without being employed, Officer will be fine with not having a job offer.
