Can i enter at a later date?

Hello ppl,

Finally my medicals are through, now waiting for passport request which again dono hw long it takes.

I just wanted to knw, me and my spouse together applied under federal skilled worker, NDVO. I had plans
like i wanted to enter canada first once we get our visa and settle basic things there n then ask my spouse to follow.

Anyone with prior experience as such, pls share ur views on if its acceptable or shud both applicants enter together.

Someone with more experience should hopefully answer but I BELIEVE it is fine if the family does not land together so long as no dependant applicant tries to land before the principal applicant. You can land together or the dependants can land later, the dependants just can't land first.

All must land prior to the stated deadline.

PA can land first , followed by the dependants, but all of them must land before the visa expires.

Dependants cannot land first on their own.

PA will be required to show POF for the whole family as per guidelines on landing.

Normally, NDVO sends MR , PP request at the same time....why haven't you got them together ?

No Idea : thats what even am worried about now. They asked me only to send photocopy of the passport with medical done receipts and the RPRF fees.

Dnt have ny idea, is this a indication that my visa will b through also or no. nor idea of the time taken to req passport.

Am very much in India. My consultant too was telling this is the first case where de received Medicals and RPRF fee without request for passport. In a big dilemma now ???
