Can I donate my kidney to my sister before PR immigration ?

Hello All,

My sister is going through with kidney problem, Doctors suggest her for kidney transplantation if I donate my organ to her so it will impact to PR process in medical examination.

Please Suggest.

It may. Have you received ITA and request for medicals? If so it will come out in medicals that you have been an organ donor. Physicians may determine that further review is necessary.
