No it's not but I donot know why they think. I confirmed it by Idp . Do I need to worry about it.

Yes - you need to worry. This is serious. You need to submit proof the results are real and you took the test. Failure to respond to IRCC's email will result in a refusal and 5 year ban from Canada.
Did you apply through an agent? Any chance that agent submitted fake results? It's very unusual for IRCC to say that IELTS results are fake when they are not.

Then I would be worried your agent has done something. Either submitted fake results or results belonging to someone else. You need to speak with your agent and confirm exactly what was submitted. Again, this is a very serious matter.
I got mail from cic that my ielts does verified when authentication was made with the auththorities but they do have concerns about my ielts score they gave 30 days to prove that it is genuine. What should I do .
