Can I do CoPR at Ottawa airport if I am living in Ottawa?

Hello,

I have received PR Visa and CoPR document. I am living in Ottawa, so can I do landing at Ottawa airport? What other fast methods I can use for landing?

No, you can't land at the airport if you're already in Ottawa. You'd have to first take a flight to some other country, and then fly back to Ottawa to be able to do that. You can't drive to the airport and do your landing.

Your options are

1. Leave Canada and then re-enter. This can be done as part of a trip, or simply by flagpoling. If you are flagpoling, make sure you read up on the rules around it. They only process landing at certain times at various border crossings

2. Make an appointment for inland landing. You can call the IRCC call center at 1-888-242-2100 and make an appointment.
