Can I deport my wife from Canada If I surrender my PR

in Canada if you guys lived apart for one year you can divorce her on grounds that you guys were not living together for what ever reason.
just prove to the judge that you were separated from her for even a year and that will be the end of history.
This was my case (but we didn't have kids and if you guys have kids it may be different because of them)

If she immigrated as your spouse on your "skilled labour" she was required to live with you for the first two years. If she took up residency in Vancouver at her aunt's home rather than with you in Toronto (she lived six months at her Aunt's home while you were living in Toronto; apparently her intention was not to come to Canada to be with her spouse.) during her first 2 years then she is in violation of her visa and the Canadian government can revoke her residency and deport her.

This is wrong. This rule only applies to spousal sponsorships where a Canadian citizen or Canadian PR has sponsored their spouse for PR. This rule does not apply in situations where the couple migrated together through a program like FSW.

i want to share my case im pregnant and my husband is a pr holder . i want to deliver in canada but my husband didnt do my sponsership papers yet or my medicial insurance. i want to know how much it may cost me to deliver , how long should i stay there before i deliver and is it possible to get a visa to go there ?

Congrats on the baby! You will have to apply for the visa and see how it goes. Generally, having a spouse in Canada makes it a little harder to get a visa because they are concerned people will overstay their visa. So it will be good to show strong ties to your home country like stable job, adequate funds, ownership of properties/land, etc.

As you are already pregnant, it may be hard to find an insurance company willing to offer you coverage. May be your husband can try looking into this for you. Otherwise, you guys will have to pay out of pocket. A normal delivery(no complications) can be up to $10,000. How long you stay before delivery is totally up to you and your husband (assuming you get a visa).

What a strange topic! I don't pretend to understand the cultural side of this as i am not Indian but i have to say that if you love your wife you should get on the next plane to Vancouver my friend. Also the fact that you asked the forum about the possibility of getting your wife deported makes me think that you need to have a good look at yourself.

You would actively try and have your wife removed from Canada for your own selfish reasons? Is it any wonder she doesn't want to come back to you!

She entered Canada legally, has her own PR visa, she is not sharing your visa and you made the decision to return to India instead of working on your marriage. You made your choice, be a man and live with it. Or be a better man and go to be with your wife rather than stabbing her in the back and trying to get her deported. As your wife did not get her visa illegally, she stands little chance of being deported. No government can force a spouse to love another person or live with them. Wish you the best sir.

Actually, I think that he is trying to do that just from spite. He can divorce her whenever and whereever he wish, but he just wants to hurt her, drag her back to India against her will, even it affects his own status in Canada.
I wonder why she run away from him!
Besides that, this is a year old story, who knows what had happened in the mean time.

EXACTLY...HE WANTS TO HURT HER SO BAD THAT EVEN IF IT MEANS GIVING UP HIS PR AND SEE HER HURT HE WILL DO IT...This is not love this VILE, MALICIOUS and WICKED... Divorce her ,leave her alone, bringing her back to India won't make you happier
