Hi

My work visa counterfoil was generated in last week of December 2022.
I has a 90 days notice period to fulfil post that and then due to some personal reason I wish to enter Canada in last week on June 2023, although I am starting to work remotely for the employer for this may.
Is it going to cause any problems?

many thanks for your suggestions.

Should be fine to start work remotely

If you apply PR once in Canada, your points calculation should be done as per when you entered Canada and if you claim points for the time you worked for a Canadian Employer on a Canadian Payroll living outside Canada, that will have to be calculated accordingly. Bear this in mind and do some reading around it for this category

Good Luck

Hi bro, your situation looks similar to mine. Does it mean it will take you about 6months to enter canada after your visa has been approved?

Are you already in Canada and did u have any issue at port of entry, please reply
