Can I correct IMM 5669 Schedule A post AOR

Hello Everyone!

I submitted my IMM 5669 (Background Check/Schedule A) with my Inland Spousal Sponsorship application. However, I noticed on the travel history part I forgot to post one small trip to Japan (10 Days). I was wondering if there is a way to contact IRCC to ask if it can be fixed? Does anyone have knowledge or experience with fixing documents after you have recieved AOR?

Hi, I was contacted by IRCC to update my schedule A because there were four months missing in my schedule A. They told me to use the newest schedule A and then upload. You can update your schedule A and send it through web form.

Hello, thanks for the response! I just have one question. Should I fill out the form, print it , hand sign it, scan, and send it...or is it just okay with e signature?

The schedule A doesn’t allow you to sigh on the computer.

I hand signed and scanned it. Hope this helps!
