Can I continue on my current job while going through my co-op term?

Hello everyone
I am enrolled on a program that has a co-op term of 25 weeks. I have a work permit exclusively for this co-op term.
I'm also currently working half-time off campus thanks to my student permit allowance.
My co-op is starting soon, I want to know if I can have both my co-op job and half-time job? Or do I have to quit my half time job during my co-op term?

Yes you can continue with Co-op and OCWP permits together. Co-op work (paid or unpaid) must be pre-approved by the school.

Thank you for your reply. So the half-time permit on a Student visa and the Co-Op work permit are separate things and one doesn't cancel the other? I see.
I have been trying to get a hold of a CIC agent through the Call center number to confirm with them as well but they simply won't pick up.
Hope I can to give a final answer to anyone else that might come across this post when having this same doubt in the future.
