Can i collect PCC from PSK from my wife's behalf

This is something that skipped our mind & we forgot to ask the officer for this.
Since our passport is from different state, the PSK has sent our pcc request form to local police for verification.
On verification, PSK sends sms to the person to come and collect the PCC.
My wife is going out for sometime and won't be present to collect the PCC.
Can i collect on her behalf? Anyone who has done this?

Contact PSK helpline and ask them.

Hi lovesumi,

I am in same situation. I called psk helpline and they told me that its not possible and asked to visit PSK personally and try requesting.
were you able to collect pcc on your wife's behalf from PSK?

Please reply this can really help me in getting the PCC.

Yes you can collect, it all depends on your confidence which you will show to security guard who will let you enter, Token Counter person who will issue token & C counter person who is the authorised person to issue PCC. If they say they will not issue, request them and explain why your spouse was not with you. I received for my wife and anyone should be able to. My case was in Chandigarh PSK.
