Anyone can answer my case, my csr in EE will accumulate enough points this September to get ITA with the help of LMIA. I am confused if I still can claim the 50 points at that time because my LMIA will expire in August. Thank you!

Ummm... is it a new LMIA, or are you referring to the LMIA you used to get your current work permit?

Assuming the latter, then you would still be eligible for the points IF your employer were willing to give you a new job offer letter - offering at least one year of employment after you become a PR.

I am currently working for the employer who applied for the lmia which will expire in August. They are sure to give me new offer. I am confused what is the difference between the offer used for lmia and offer for EE profile? Is there any sample of offer for claiming the extra points? thx!

Your LMIA should be valid else your CRS will be recalculated and if it falls below the cut off, you can get a rejection.

You mean your work permit is going to expire in August. You can claim points for the LMIA with job offer provided from your employer.

The expiration date on an LMIA only applies to the date by which you must apply for the work permit.

Dates, for starters - past/present employment vs future employment. If you are currently working on an LMIA-supported work permit, then the job offer used for the LMIA is in the past. The job offer for the "valid job offer" for EE is for a job in the future.

Please feel free to read the page using the link I provided.
The letter would need to include all of the same details as for the LMIA, however, the offer would have to be for at least one year after you obtain PR status.

I am not sure but there is an expiry date on LMIA (6 months validity from the issue date). You can claim points for job offer(NOC O,A,B) within that period as well as you must apply for WP before expiry. After 6 months validity you can not claim points. Please seniors correct if I am wrong.

This is totally wrong.
I did claim points even though I was on implied status.. My Lmia based work permit was expired and I did sent application for extension, so I was on implied status.
In express entry profile there is a question: Does [...] have valid work permit for the current work permit?"
You have work permit based on Lmia so your answer will be "yes" to that. The next question is "was a positive Lmia issued for the current work permit?" In your case "yes" and this will give you points, together with written by your employer job offer.
I will send you in a sec link to that.

this link won't answer specifically your case but it will show you that you can claim points until the last second:

How was your application ?
I’m in the same situation right now
Got ITA while in implied status
I have job offer from my employer
He received LMIA this week
But it is after I got selected from the pool
Can I still claim the 50 points based on my previous WP which was based on LMIA
Thanks
