Can i change province under PGWP?

Currently working/living in Ontario.

Im looking at moving to Vancouver, can i simply make the move over there and start working or do i need to apply for something?

Also how does it work with insurance? I hold a OHIP card but can i apply for that in another province?

1. The PGWP is an open work permit, you can work in any province or territory that wish. If you move provinces, you have to apply for a medical card in that province.

Even Quebec? I heard if i move to Quebec under a PGWP i wont be able to take the express entry route and going for PR is really hard.

I cant find any information online
