Yes, you will get the pgwp once you complete your course. Just make sure that the college you are going to has a DLI number as then only it is considered a genuine college as per the canadian government. However the duration of your work visa depends on the duration of the course/courses you complete.

You will only get a PGWP for the time attending the public college, the private college will usually not count

You don’t have to finish the private college course you can switch schools as long as you notify CIC online on your profile and keep on studying full-time.
