Can I Change my position at the same company I am working while waiting for PR

Hello dears
I want to ask you this question please if you be so kind as to answer me.

I got my ITA through the skilled worker stream in NewBrwinsick, and I applied for PR last month, my initial application was under NOC 3 (Pharmacy assistant) and now after finishing my exams I become a Pharmacist NOC 1, my question is do I need to inform IRCC about that, or do I need to update my PR application or what I need to do.

Until you start working as a pharmacist in Canada there is no need to update your profile.
