Can I call CIC?

Hello,

This is regarding my Fiancee:

Applied - Nov 18
Medical Req - May 28
Medical Done - May 12 (Upfront)
RPRF Req - June 12
Ecas Status - In Process - No mention of Medical yet (been more than 2 months)
Waiting for - PPR

Question is, can we call CIC call center (or somewhere) to ask if Medical was received or not because Doctor says it has been uploaded long back but Ecas is not updated. She applied from a consultant and the consultant WILL not call/email CIC to inquire (don't know why)...

Is there a number we can call to check?

Standard answer of these consultants is that your application is still within 13 months processing time so better to wait.

I would suggest you drop mail for inquiry to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca

No can do... Consultant email address is registered so only consultant's email can be used to check/inquire..

that's why I asked if we can call...

No you can send a mail, i was in similar kinda of situation as I was waiting for MR as I received RPRF on 07-May and my application
was in process since 08-May.

I requested my consultant to send mail but he said lets wait till 13 months complete ,but rather than waiting I send mail to cpc and got medical instructions from them after 15 days.

I am in the same boat, Call centre doesn't help that much, I tried that option. Email sent to CIC also and no response. I recommend not do upfront medical anyone.. it's so delaying PPR request.. :'( :'(

What did they say when you called CIC call center? Do they not tell you anything about Medical status?

We just want to know if Medical was received or not?

Applying GCMS notes will send the GCMS notes after a month to the registered email address which is the consultant email address...
