yeah for sure you can bring here here on student visa as long as she applies for it and passes .. 1st she needs to be accepted in a university then apply for a visa for it .. and be sure you are willing to pay 2x or 3x the normal price of tuition fee for her to study as an international student .. because being a resident and an international student aint the same rate for the tuition fee

There's a good chance they will refuse her, because she has to show she will return to her country after she finishes her studies, seeing as how she's married to you, that will be a big problem.

THANKS MARCJD & MIKEYMYKE, Marcjd I know fees is not less then 3x but I don't like she stay home and just kill her time and wait for her visa that could be not less then 1 year. Her file IS IN "Q 'now but do you have any idea how much minimum amount I suppose to show to visa officer ??

mikeymyke I don't care if they refuse for visa because she is not coming to stay here, as long as her study finish she be back because visa officer knows her application for "PR' already in process and hope b4 she finish her half study her file be come for interview. I think its 50/50,but who knows.

THANKS

what mikeymyke was saying was that she might get her student visa refused because if she's applying for a student visa, she needs to prove that she is going to leave Canada after her studies are done, but if you are bringing her over on a student visa and also applying for PR, she will not be able to prove that she plans to leave Canada once her school is finished.

The visa officer will see she has an application for PR, this will HURT her application for student visa, because they will assume, if your PR fails, she will just simply choose to overstay her student visa. Even if it's not true, you have to see things from the Visa officer's point of view. If you look at a student visa application, the applicant is supposed to demonstrate that she will return to her home country when she's finished her studies. It's a little difficult to convince a visa officer of that, if she's already married to a Canadian, is it not?

My wife and I thought about doing this as well. I'm not sure if they ask for family ties in Canada. Either way, we felt that if they see that her husband is living in Canada, it might give them reason to deny the visa because the belief that she would stay in canada after her studies.

yes, I'm thinking they same way visa officer can ask your "PR" Application is already in process so why you are in hurry? I think sponsorship application not affect student visa refusal but visa officer can't refuse you until he has any solid reason for "PR" refusal. If she get refusal in student visa I have uk, and Australia option. According to my calculation she has 16 months for interview or it could be more not less.

I will figure out what next after she will receive her IELTS results.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME AND RESPONSE
MUCHAS GRACIAS
