Yes you can. Your husband can apply for an open work permit and son a trv together with your study permit

@Wolfpmd3

Can you please guide me through the application packages for:

1. Study Permit - Primary applicant
2. Open Work Permit - Accompanying Spouse
3. Accompanying Children (Less than 10 years)

A link and also guide from you would be appreciated.

Thanks and regards.

1. There is no thing like a dependent visa. They can accompany you only if they get approved for TRV. Each member must file a separate TRV application. You can send all applications in one envelope.

Dude really?!

Cic has all of that...
You can download the complete application package for each visa... And there you will find a guide for each type of visa...

Is not that difficult just read and fill spaces... That's it

Well frist I think you should start your own topic and not use other people's topics....

Secondly for your profile you wont have any trouble getting a study permit in Canada at all....

On the other hand.. Your partner has a terrible profile.. at least in my opinion... I think on the academics department he will have a lot of trouble getting admission into any program at a Desginated Learning Institution in Canada and after that ever more trouble getting his study permit, beginning with his very very low marks (some less than 50%) and the fact that he already has an MBA degree... he should persue a degree higher than that which leaves you with very few options, because otherwise visa officers will think it makes no sense to persue any other degree... and wont approve the study permit for him....

SOWP is the best, and maybe only option for him which shoud not be a problem... but maybe based on his profile he should not expect to find a really good job in Canada...

Finally, let me give you a really healthy advice....

Please please please please.... I am saying this becasue I would not want someone to make such a STUPID mistake.... If he is not allowed to go into Canada , but you are (Which i am 100% confident you will).... Dont waste such an opportunity for a guy... If you do so you are most likely to regret that until you very last day alive...

@ Wolfpmb3

You have been of a tremendous help. Please don't get tired.

What I want is to be guided as to what application to fill as well as link to download them. For example, I have been searching for Open Work Permit application form and am not getting any clue.

My question again, I want a Study Permit and I want my wife and children to accompany me. What are the forms I should complete and how do i get the link to download them. i have gotten the package for Study Permit so how do i go about wife and children? What form do i fill to enable them accompany me and the link for the forms.

Thanks

I just want to know if there would be any problem in our visa application, if my husband will apply for open work permit? And I will be the one who is studying.

Based from what Ive read previously, you can combine both student permit and open work permit if you are applying in paper. How about if youre applying online? is it just the same, or he needs to create his own mycic. Thanks
