Can I book return ticket on last day of my visitor visa ?

Hi,
I have 2 queries:

1. I need to know if I can book a round trip to canada with my return date same as last day of my visa.
e.g say my visa expires on 31st Oct, Can I book return ticket to fly back on 31st Oct ?

2. The flight reach Zurich on next day (1st Nov) but I dont intend to leave the airport. Will there be any problem with that ?

same question to you .can you book your flight one day before your visa expire ? for e.g if you miss your flight or delay on anything else then you cant leave Canada before your visa expire or you will probably do overstay there so please do think about it if you did not it otherwise no issue u can book you need to leave Canada before 31 oct 2018 11.59 pm . suggest you by personal experience.

You can travel anytime to Canada until the date your TRV expires. That said, how long you are allowed to remain in Canada will depend on the immigration officer you meet at the POE.

Hope your passport is valid for at least 6 months from the planned date of entry.

No problems if you're going back. You don't need a transit visa for Zurich Airport

You can even return past your visa (the date on the visa expiry is just on entry). Say you enter on the last day and the POE officer gives you 3 months, you can leave up to 3 months past your visa expiry.
