hi all,
i am a housewife for the past 3 yrs snce my kid is born. before that i was working in hospitality industry for 4 yrs and my job title comes under noc code 6232(acc mgr).

my question is that can i apply for pr visa cos currently i am unemployed.If yes then will it have any effect on my application

If this NOC comes under the ministerial instructions and you can get required points (67) then Yes you can apply. as this job you mentioned is within last 10 years so it is fine

Except that NOC 6232 is not on the "list of 38" so it is not eligible for FSW1.

Why would tell her yes, when by looking at the list of "38" her occupation isn't there? False hopes don't help anyone.

Pay heed to PMM's advice... if one is not in the 38 list, one cannot apply under FSW1 [FSW3 is another matter], as of today.

You can apply if you performed the majority of duties in 0632.
