The best thing you can do is read this: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/visitor-visa-grantedwife-of-pr-t273759.0.html

Pretty much the same situation as you. That's what you have to be able to provide to get a TRV as a PR applicant. You won't get an LMIA unless you are highly skilled at an in-demand profession in Canada.

You are better off getting any kind of job in the Philippines than to bother trying in Canada.
thank you Aquakitty for sharing your experience
i already read about tannygirl story and thats what i am going to do before applying TRV. wish i could be granted by god grace. :)

Yes you can, I did and I got it.
My lawyer used my application as a reason for working permit.
My husband had a restaurant and my lawyer told us that is a bad idea even to mention that I have secure job. I don't know the reason way, I'm just saying what happened to me.

I got it on 2 years ( open work permit) , now I'm permanent resident.

So just apply, if you have a lawyer ask him, he will do it for you.

Good luck
Wrong advice. Please read through the thread again. The OP doesn't qualify for an open work permit. Open work permits are only granted with inland spousal sponsorship application. The OP has filed an outland sponsorship application - so no open work permit.
