Nightrocker, granted this post was from back in January 2015, but others have replied, so did you edit your original question to remove the question content? Seems odd that you have posted a title of "Can I apply without ECA" and then your message says "never mind". Unless that was your actual post, but that cant be. Next time please post what "answer" you got, so that others can benefit. You have 732 posts and are a Hero Member status on the forum, would have expected a better post from youNightrocker said:
