Can I apply with a bad test result???

Hi there

I took my CELPIP test this Saturday and it didn't go well at all. I fear that I won't reach 7 points in every discipline. Unfortunately, I can't retake the test on a date early enough to get the results this year. My question is: can I apply with a bad test result, add a letter of explanation showing that I arranged a new test sitting in 2015 and hand in the good results at a later time?
What do you think/know: will they accept my application (causing a delay of course because I don't meet the requirements) or will it be rejected right away?

Like anyone I try to get my application ready before FSWP expires....

Hi, if you apply with an ineligible test result - your application will 100% be rejected.

If the scores are too low - the only choice is to retake it.

NO - must score a "7" or above in all four sections to be eligible.

Before - because you must include your results with your application package
