Can i apply usa & canada at the same time? plz adivce?

hi people, i gt refuse on my 1 st attempt by sayin i didnt satisfy the visa officer that i will not leave canada, now am goin to apply again for jauanry intake in october, and am hoping to apply for usa, at the same time, for wesleyen university.

will that be a problem? any idea? plz help,

You can apply to as many countries as you want at the same time, it is your money.

You may apply anywhere you like - two things you wanna show are "funding" and " intent to return back to your home country"

yes i can show money, for usa, university ask to not to pay semester fee until i get the visa,
