Can I apply under Federal Skilled Worker Program within Canada?

Hi,

I do not have 1 year of work experience to apply for PR under Canadian Experience Class, and hence I am not eligible. Can I proceed with application under Federal Skilled Worker Program?

While doing research earlier, I saw somewhere that only Canadian experience class was listed to apply within Canada under express entry.

Do you have one year of foreign work experience? FSW requires at least one year of work experience, but not necessarily in Canada. You can still apply for FSW if you're in Canada.

I have 10+ years of experience. In that regard, I am eligible to apply in FSW program. I am hoping that I can apply from within Canada.
