Can I apply student visa again while having PGWP?

I've got 1-year PGWP which has 6 months left.
I was trying to get in PNP so I could get PR visa but finding job is really not easy for me.
I'm thinking about go to a job training school again.

Is it possible to get a student visa again?
I'm 30 years old with associative degree that I got in Canada.

Why not if you can qualify for a new study permit. However the PGWP is a one time thing so you will not have the opportunity for another PGWP again.

You get only one time PGOWP. After getting it, if you choose 2 or 3 years course, you will still have 1 year PGOWP. They do not give you again PGOWP but yeah you can apply for work permit extension. It will give you 3 months more to stay in Canada if you apply by paper. In this period, you can not work based on SIN.
