Can i apply Permanent Residency while I'm here in Philippines?

Hi! I'm Mike from Philippines! My situation is I already have my working Visa issued february 2014, and I'm still waiting for my departure schedule from my employer in Saskatchewan. I'm still thinking of possibility to apply permanent residency under SINP via express canada entry with unnamed LMO (not LMIA).Please help! i dont have idea, if I still have a chance. is it possible to apply Permanent residency while waiting for my departure schedule? I have working visa, employment Contract, unnamed LMO. thanks!!!

You have a LMO? I thought they changed LMO to LMIA late 2013. And what do you mean by unnamed LMO? LMOs should have the occupation and employer name. And your work permit is tied to the LMO.

Coming to your question if you have an employment contract and you should be able to create a profile in EE. Doe snot matter if you are not in Canada.

unnamed LMO means, My employer's name was there and all the details about the work position and occupation but I don't have my name. When the time that I applied for canada, LMIA was not yet introduce until I got LMO. do u think it could be a problem if i have LMO not LMIA?

but im still confused! how can i apply via express entry canada if i have already my LMO and i dont have any invitation to apply PR..i dont even create express entry profile because i have already LMO, employment contract and Working visa last year 2014 before express entry canada launch at january 2015. In express entry canada, it says that "once invited, candidate has 60days to submit a complete application for permanent residence".

but im still confused! how can i apply via express entry canada if i have already my LMO and i dont have any invitation to apply PR..i dont even create express entry profile because i have already LMO, employment contract and Working visa last year 2014 before express entry canada launch at january 2015. In express entry canada, it says that "once invited, candidate has 60days to submit a complete application for permanent residence".

You receive an invitation to apply AFTER you have submitted your profile under Express Entry & it has been selected from the pool.

If your job is NOC level A, B or O, you can submit a profile, whether you are in Canada or not.

I told ya already go ahead and create your profile. From the documents you listed here you have all that's required.

The LMO & work permit do not, of themselves lead to PR.
