is it possible to submit the OWP application thru ONLINE then submit the SPOUSAL APPLICATION after? I still have a valid work permit til 2015, but my husband will sponsor me.

what is the best thing to do?

thank you

I would send it along with the initial inland application. That way it gets processed faster (I think) and if you do send it with the PR app you get implied status as well.

Thank you Line.a... :) i worked in DK before. Hvor bo du? Hehhehe

No. You will just receive a denial letter. You have to send it with the application in paper form.

You can't because you are not eligible for an OWP right now. You become eligible for an OWP when you get first stage approval of your spousal application. You can either apply for the OWP along with your inland sponsorship package, requesting that it should be granted to you upon your first stage approval or you can apply for it separately after you get first stage approval.

I don't think we specifically said that we wished to have it granted upon AIP - should we email/call them to make sure?

I usually tell people to write it to make sure there is no doubt because I did hear of one case where the OWP application was returned stating that the person was not eligible for an OWP but if you didn't get yours back that way, I would assume that they know you meant you wanted the OWP for your first stage approval.

I guess if it does get returned we would just have to reapply again. Hopefully getting a refund. No AIP or OWP yet unfortunately. It's all a waiting game!

I live in Glostrup, 20mins from Copenhagen. :) i worked there as Aupair.

Thanks for all your reply. I guess i will submit my OWP along with the spousal application

If I'm not mistaken, applying for OWP online is available to inland sponsorship applicants who didn't submit OWP paper form with sponsorship application but gotten AIP.
