Can I apply OWP for spouse at POE? If so, what is required?

Hello guys,

Can you tell me if this will work?

I am planning to apply study permit for Jan 2012 intake.
I plan to apply TRV for my husband and myself in Spring and visit Toronto.
I plan to apply study permit in September 2011 and will not list my husband as accompanying me, because of fear of visa rejection.

Hopefully i will get my letter of introduction to enter Canada with. When we enter canada and get my student permit at POE, can i apply OWP same time for my husband who would have a visitor visa?
If so ....will he get it stamped right away...or do we have to wait for it to be processed?

What documents are required to apply OWP at POE?

Your advise is greatly appreciated.

Student visa received andf will get study permit on arrival in Canada?

Can my husband get the OWP also?
