Hello everyone,

This is my situation. My wife's on PGWP and she's working part-time contract from November 2012, but she's working like full-time, 35 hours and sometime more per week. And I'm on OWP and I'm working ''on contract'' from October 2013, like a full-time(one week 33 hours, and another 44 hours), but my employer letter don't specific ''full-time'', only ''on contract''. We can demostrate with our pay stubs the hours we are working per week.

The question is, Can we apply in this situation?...
 
One of my staff tried to apply with pay stubs only and was refused. OHIP demanded the employment letter with full time / permanent specified (which the company was able to provide).

Having said that, other people may have found a way around this.
