No you have time. Apply right away. I got my offer in a month and if you do too, then don't wait for the original copy of the offer letter to get to you by post. Get it couriered to save time (Courier takes about a week). Then apply for caq (Should take a month max). And then apply for visa without wasting time. You are on a tight schedule but you can certainly make it. But apply right away !!!! Btw which country? I'm only asking because visa processing time varies from country to country.
