Can I apply my Canada TRV

I am from India I have visited many countries like Singapore, Malaysia,Thailand 3time,UK 2time,France 2time,Australia visa,Newzealand visited for 5,days,now my Newzealand visa is cancelled&entery refused(in June 2014),I am visiting forgien countrties from 2007.in 2012&2013 my Canada TRV is refused , now I want to apply my Canada trv again so please suggest me that any chance of visa get,or this visa cancel led will affect my Canada TRV please give me suggestion I am very fistrubed

You have such a great travel history, why were you refused entry into New zealand?

My visa is a business visitor visa for specific conference my visa is granted for a conference but its issued before 2days before conference I can't purchased ticket for becoz its issused late(there is no flights available for that date ), I traveled after that date that's why he refused my entry &visa is canceled so please suggest me please

I see, also you were refused twice into Canada, why is that? Subsequent refusals will make future attempts to enter Canada more difficult.

Thanks, I will play a game I listen that visa depends upon Visa officer mood. I will take a chance I listen that some body has granted a visa after 12 refusal,its just some thousand rupees only ,if visa is nor sure then refusal is sured
