Can I apply FSW(Federal Skilled worker) without including my spouse?

Hi,

I live in Ontario with my spouse and am getting good points, not including my spouse under the Federal Skilled Worker Program. It seems there will be soon express entry draw on 23rd Dec 2020. I am thinking to apply without my spouse but will add him under the same application after his CELPIP results(30th December 2020) will be released. I think this upcoming draw cutoff might give me ITA. Would it be okay to add him anytime later or wait till I get his result?

As your spouse is already in Canada, putting them as non-accompanying is not true as they are already accompanying you to Canada.
You may wait for their result and put them as accompanying in your application.
