I am a Sri Lankan National but have been staying in Vienna,Austria for the past 3 years but on 1 year Multiple Entry Business Visas which is issued every year to me.
I exit on expiration of the Visa and return on New Visa every year.
Can I apply for canadian Immigration from the Canadian Consulate in Vienna?
Will they reject my application on the grounds that I am not a resident of Vienna because of the fact that I stay there (I stay Legally) on business Visa and not on a residence visa or Work Permit?
