I have questions for three different people.
1. My elder brother is 52 years old and is 10 pass. He has wide trailer/tanker driving experience in Dubai. Is he eligible to apply for Canada under any program (WP or PR)?
2. He has a friend who is Pakistani and owns a restaurant in Saudi Arabia and he works there as a cook himself. He is also just Metric but has wide experience as cook.
a) Can he apply for family PR under any PNP process? If yes then for which province? (his family is in Pakistan)
b) Can he apply for his family PR from Abu Dhabi?
c) Which CIC office would be better to apply for fast process, Saudi or Abu Dhabi?
3. My friend in India has done 10 + 2+ 2yr D. Pharm and possesses 10 years of experience as Pharmacist and Production Manager. Can he apply for WP and also for PR either through PNP or AEO?
OR
His wife is BSc. BEd and is working as a primary school Teacher. While he goes to Canada first on WP, can his wife apply for PR under PNP/AEO?
