Can I apply for two different category at the same time.

Hello,

I wonder if I can apply for two different category at the same time ?!
i am planning to apply for Express Entry and and at the same time apply for BC PNP skilled worker! Is it possible ? I talked to few people and they tell me you can not have two application at the same time .

Yes, you can apply under two different programs at the same time (e.g. PNP, CEC, FSW)....

But Express Entry is not a program, it's a new processing strategy.

"Can someone have a different NOC Code in FSWP 2014 and wishes to apply under EE 2015 against different NOC Code"

I think before EE launches on Jan 2015, you can apply for both program (Eg : FSWP and CEC). However, when the EE launches, I think it will only suggest you to apply for only one category to avoid International student graduates with other skilled workers. That's my thought, I'm not too sure though

I am not sure what youre asking for. But, you can create one EE profile and select both FSW and CEC, however it must be under the same NOC. If you want to apply under 2 different NOC, at the same time, it gives the impression that one of them is fraud. Because, when they check your application , they get all the history of your profiles, owing to factors such as your name, etc. But if it appears as two different NOC, they would end up rejecting one or mostly both. Secondly, you canoot apply by creating 2 different profiles at the same time, CIC considers only one to avoid duplication and waste of their resources. This was possible prior to EE but not anymore, CIC has more information regarding this on their website. DO NOT DO this. It is considered fraudulent, duplication. However, if one of your profile i rejected or you withdraw and re-apply under a different NOC/FSW/CEC, it is fine. Hope that makes sense.
