Can I apply for Supervisa with E-COPR? Urgent query

Hi All,

I need to bring my mom to Canada soon for some personal reasons.

I have got my E COPR today and I would like to know if I can apply for super visa for my parents with E copr while I wait for my PR card? Considering the current situation and there is no soft landing, in E COPR it is mentioned as I became PR as of today. Can the experts provide some insights on this please?

You can apply now provided you have a Canadian tax return / NOA that meets the income requirements.

THank you so much! Just one more question. Am unemployed and only my husband is employed and he meets the class. Can I use my husband's tax forms and salary slips for applying super visa?
