Can I apply for SOWP for my spouse along with my own PGWP application?

I am on study permit in Canada while my husband is here on PGWP. His PGWP and my study permit are for one year each.
After my study, I will be applying for my PGWP, while my husband's one-year PGWP will almost be at an end. In that situation, can I apply for an SOWP for my husband along with my own PGWP application, so that he can continue working here?

Your question is futuristic, no? You asked whether you can apply for SOWP for your husband when you apply for your PGWP. So it's you that needs to be working a NOC ),A or B job, as well as have at least 3 pay stubs, to be able to apply for SOWP for him - when the time comes.

Yes the situation is futuristic as I am still studying. So once I complete my studies, get a job and 3 paystubs, I can apply for his SOWP based on my PGWP?
