Can I apply for schools with decision made on ECAS but no PPR??

For children, schools are bound by law to accept new immigrants irrespective of when they land in the school academic year.

Yes - schools will verify your immigration status by asking you to provide a card or other piece of documentation that proves your status.
You can go ahead and apply - however you should let the school know that your PR application is in progress (i.e. you're not a PR yet) and give them an estimate by when you expect to be a PR.

Yes you could certainly , but don't forget to send a copy of any document to University ,which could prove that ur application has been approved i.e. your PPR letter .

what about the immigration part? they don't care that I apply for schools as far I dont apply for CAQ meanwhile? since the immigration intention they emphasis is always to "work" not to get education
it would be a shame they change their "decision"?
(Sorry my posts have been bit misleading.. I'm more worry about if I would jeopardize my immigration... )
