Can i apply for PR:Having Partime job

I need honest opinion. Currently i am working with Rogers as Technical Support Consultant (2282) from last 1year as partime consultant. my hours of work are fluctuating like 30hrs, 35 and 25 and so on but more than 30. I already completed 1560hr if we count the hours. So my question is can i apply for PR now or do i need to complete one more year ?
Do i need any special letter from my employer ?
Do i need to get a fulltime permenant job offer to apply ?
Will i be elegible or what ? :-[

Based on the information you have provided, you don't have enough hours to qualify to apply.

If you work more than 30 hours in one week, you can't carry those hours over into another week to make up for the fact that you didn't work 30 hours in that other week. This effectively means that any week you worked 30 hours or more is only counted as 30 hours towards the 1560 hour total you need. So you will have to work additional weeks to make up for those weeks where you worked less than 30 hours.

so does that means i need to wait a month or two more ?
or do i need to at least have a work for weeks having more than 30hrs ?
I joined on Feb 25: 2013 and i have already completed so called 1560 hr if i check my hours of paid work.

First - yes, you can use part-time hours to qualify for CEC.

The equivalent of one year of full-time work (at 30 hours per week) is 1560 hours (not 1920, don't know where that came from).
BUT - Regardless, you still need to work a MINIMUM of 52 weeks (1 year). If you have part-time weeks, it will necessarily take longer than 52 weeks to complete a "year," though not necessarily that much more.

Any week where you work 30 or more hours - count that as a full-time week. Do not "add up hours." Just count it as a full-time week.

Any week where you work fewer than 30 hours - add up the hours and divide by 30. That gives you the number of weeks as a FT equivalent. Once you have 52, then you're good to apply -
