Can I apply for PR for my spouse with my PR file under CEC?

Hi Forum Members,

I am currently living in ON, Canada and working full time as Software Engineer from last one and half year. I am planing to file my PR file under CEC and I want to know if I apply PR for my spouse along with my PR file?

Currently, my spouse is living in India.

Just include her when you apply. I dont see why you wouldnt be able to.
As long as she is your wife and you have a marriage certificate, you should be able to include her even if she lives overseas.
