If so, then yes - you should qualify. If no - then you need to wait another year.

Given all the problems this year the process is likely to be different so nobody knows whether they will qualify. Program also depends on which government is elected.

It doesn't matter that you filed taxes in Canada.

It doesn't matter that you filed taxes in Canada.
