Can I apply for my parents supervisa with my wife as a cosigner who is on EI

hi,
I had applied for my mother in law supervisa online on april 07 2016 and yesterday she got passport request...Now I am planning to apply for my parent's supervisa application also, but now my wife is on maternity Employment Insurance... We are family of 4 and with my parents it will become 6...our total last year income i.e according to 2015 NOA was $80,000 which is above for the unit of 6 people...My question is can I apply for my parents Supervisa with my wife who is on maternity EI as a cosigner...

You need to demonstrate LICO for 7 people (your family, your parents, your mother in law). Yes - you can still apply if your wife is on EI.

Thanks Scylla for your reply...I want to know will they consider our current employment income as our income is decreased because of her EI...OR they are only interested in our 2015 NOA I.E $80000 together which is good for 7 people....
