Hello Everyone,
I would like to get an advice regarding the super visa application.
I applied for my mom’s super visa recently and now we are waiting for biometrics to done. We were not having any plans to apply for my dad’s super visa at that time since he has no plans to come along with my mom. But now the situation got changed and he is good to come later once my mom landed in Canada. Since her super visa is under process right now is it ok to apply for my dad once my mom got super visa? Is there any chance to get it rejected as we didn’t apply it before along with my mom’s visa. Looking your opinion on this. Thank you in advance

They can apply separately. He can apply when he wants to.

Yes, you can apply for a Super Visa for your parents in separate applications. Each parent will need to submit their own application, along with their own supporting documents. It's important to note that each parent will need to meet the eligibility requirements for a Super Visa, and will need to undergo their own medical examination and criminal background check.

Your mother’s application is stronger because she has your father as a tie to her home country. Doesn‘t mean your father’s will be denied but that is the big difference of them applying one before the other.

Hi there
Can you give me an update what happened with both of your parents' file and did you apply separately.?
I'm at the same situation.
Thanks!
