can i apply for immigration under NOC 1123??? they told me NO , Why? i dont know

Hello Dear ,
First of all i have my brother , anti ( mom Side ) and my grandma in canada they are canadian,

i work as an executive for four years i am 28 single,

i have a one year diploma ,

am perfect in english ,

the problem is when i did the Canadian immigration assessment through cic website & canada visa , both said that i cant apply under the skilled worker program ,

and i dont know what is the reason any one can help ?


i started a WES Application to get the report and am going tomorrow to pay the ilets Exam fees, and the bank draft for the 550$


but any Advice if you please ?

This is NOC 1123:
1123 Professional occupations in advertising, marketing and public relations

Is that what you do??
 
Depends on the points you are getting, your NOC is on the list of eligible occupations but CIC will assess you on a point system based on six selection factors.

Selection Factor
English and/or French skills
Education
Experience
Age
Arranged employment in Canada
Adaptability

Pass mark: 67 out of 100 points

If your score is 67 points or higher, you may qualify to immigrate to Canada as a federal skilled worker.

If your score is lower than the pass mark of 67 points, you will not qualify to immigrate to Canada as a federal skilled worker.

Maybe you don't get the pass mark

how do you calculate the points ?

do i got points if i have a relative in canada ?


** Should i send the bank statement with my Application ? or when they ask for ?

Dear, you have to send your 1 year diploma for certificate evaluation to WES. check wes.org/ca then they will give you Canada equivalency then you can calculate for sure how many points you will get. I suggest you to do that and also write the IELTS exam so we can know for sure where you stand.

Before giving the IELTS and spending money for a whole lot of things, I think you should first estimate the points you can get using your best estimates and see if that's enough. If not, then there is no point in continuing the application. You can go to this link (under the selection factors) and calculate your estimated highest point:

Assume that you get maximum points for IELTS and see if you get at least 67 points. The reason I am asking you to do this first is that you might not have enough points from education to secure 67 points.

Wes determines the canadian equivalency of your education. Only if WES determines that your diploma is equal to a one year diploma in Canada, you will get points for education, if not no points. So this is critical.
