I suggest you do some reasearch on study permits. You need to meet financial requirements, make them believe you are going to leave after your permit expires & have good ties to your home country
You can apply for pgwp and PR also herzing college have DLI number also microcomputer program is eligible for work permit
And after getting experience of minimum 6 month you can apply for PR
DLI number has nothing to do with PGWP, plenty of private colleges have DLI but you will not get PGWP.

I got overall 6 bands but in speaking module i got 5.5, and i am looking to get admission in herzing college (post graduate ) business administration course.Is there any chance of gettinh visa???
